Systém vzdělávání a výuka zeměpisu na nižším sekundárním stupni v České republice a v Německu (komparativní analýza)

The theme of my bachelor thesis approaches to educational system in the Czech Republic and Germany with focus on state of Baden-Württemberg with emphasis on teaching Geography. Both systems are being introduced and compared. In the first part are defined basic information about educational plans of particular countries focused on Geography, as well as the differences in educational organisation. The second part deals with the comparison of the coursebooks for the sixth grade of lower secondary education with focus on an analysis of didactical equipment of coursebooks which is an important point that deals with the quality of coursebooks as well as a number of non-verbal elements that help the pupils to get a better conception of a topic.
Audiovisual demonstrations as a part of teaching geography

AUDIOVISUAL DEMONSTRATIONS AS A PART OF TEACHING GEOGRAPHY This diploma thesis is focused on using audiovisual demonstration as a part of teaching geography. The theoretical part is dedicated to theory of methodology and aims of thesis, to interpretation of term audiovisual demonstration and its principle and possibilities of work. The second part of thesis is dedicated to qualitative research activities, include interviews with teacher and students. The aim of the diploma thesis is to clarify and summarize experience of teacher with an audiovisual demonstration in their teaching geography. Especially how and when they using them, its advantages, disadvantages, contributions and potential risks. The second part of the aim is clarify and summarize experience of students with and audiovisual demonstration in geography. Especially how audiovisual demonstration can help them in learning, what is their contributions to students. Tourist Attractions of Region in Teaching of Geography at High School: Case Study Středočeský Region

The presented diploma thesis is concerned with tourist attractions in Středočeský region - categorization and teaching of attractions as well as pupil's awareness about concrete attractions is presented. The theoretical approach is provided by examination of literature related to regions, tourism and by analysis of curricular documents. In the next part, tourist attractions in Středočeský region are categorized. Their inclusion into teaching has been studied at selected high schools therefore an inquiry among pupils and teachers of Geography was hold there. Subsequently, a way of integration of these issues into teaching is proposed and implemented - concretely by a method of school geographic project.
